Welcome to 13 Days of Halloween – Day Nine! I’m so glad you’re here! Today I’m sharing cozied up cups featuring Papertrey Ink/Ink to Paper stitching dies…with tags, of course!
I first cut the wraps using the Coffee Cozy Die Collection in both True Black and Tropical Teal felt…used the Stitched Bat Die to cut bats in True Black and Smoky Shadow…and added the star accents using the Stitched Moon & Sketched Stars Die. I stitched it all up using embroidery floss…and slid them onto the cups.
I love to use coffee cups as gift packaging. I can fill up a cup with coffee beans, small bags of ground coffee or K-cups…cream and sugar, flavored coffee syrup or Bailey’s…mini donuts, muffins or biscotti…gift cards or cash…candy or other sweet treats…or even a cute pair of socks or mittens! All I have to do is tie on a bit of ribbon and a tag, and I’m good to go! Here I cut tags in white using Made with Love Stamp Stamp and Cut Bundle and starburst circles in Bloom Street Patterns, both from The Stamp Market. I stamped and die cut the bat images using the Happy Haunting stamps and coordinating dies…added sentiments from the Pumpkin To Talk About stamp set (all Essentials by Ellen, Ellen Hutson)…and placed it all on the tag base. I tied ribbon around the cups and added the tags.
Thanks for stopping by!
