Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew…featuring the Love What you Do stamp set! This set was introduced as part of the Share What You Love Suite in celebration of 30 years of Stampin’ Up!. The love what you do sentiment is drawn from the company’s Statement of the Heart…which is amazing…and this set is so much more, too! The elegant font and gorgeous florals are incredibly versatile…and seriously…who doesn’t adore lovely fonts and wonderful florals? I do…for sure…so let’s check out tonight’s project!
I spent some time recently thinking about my 2019 stamping goals…and I decided to focus on three areas. In short, I want to create using simple designs…I want to use more products and techniques that I love…and I want to practice techniques that I love but struggle with. And…I think this card is a great start! Simple design…check. Loved products and techniques (enamel dots, white embossing on black cardstock, white baker’s twine and fun colors)…check. Technique practice (Stampin’ Blends coloring)…check. I think 2019 will be a great year!
Thanks for hopping with the Stamp Review Crew. If you’ve started at the beginning you’ve come from the talented Cindy…and I know you’ll want to hop over to Kelly for something wonderful!
Thanks for stampin’ by!

First let me say Your goals are great! I can so relate! And second I never would have thought to. Use the green on the flowers….look fabulous! Love this!
Beautiful card I just love the colors!
Your crafty goals are fab (and inspiring) Sue and this card is such a striking way to show them! Happy New Year to you and your family. Here’s to another crafty year together! Lou x
Love simple, elegant card. Yours fits the bill.
Nailed it Sue – your simple design is gorgeous and amazing. The green flowers just pop! Looking forward to seeing more cards that result from your stamping goals. Kelly x
What a lovely card! When I looked at it, I thought about how charming it is, and how I loved the green flowers with the textile background. And then I read your goal of stamping simply. Simple is often translated as boring to me, but this is simple and definitely not boring! Bravo, my friend.
